Alpha Shooting Sports is seeking a full charge bookkeeper to join our team. The full charge bookkeeper will be responsible for the day to day accounting operations of the company. Alpha Shooting Sports was established in 2007 & is a recognized leader in our industry specializing in the manufacturing of high-quality firearms components utilizing state of the art CNC machinery.

Responsibilities:

• AP & AR Bank Reconciliation
• Inventory accounting
• Generate monthly & annual financial statements
• Purchasing Invoicing
• Sales tax reporting Banking Payroll
• Journal Entries

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years’ experience in Accounting & office management
5 or more years experience with QuickBooks
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word & Excel.
Manufacturing, retail, wholesale experience a plus.
Accounting or Business degree required.
